Privacy and data retention

MyStoreAssistant processes store catalog data, configured store knowledge, and assistant conversations to power your WooCommerce storefront assistant. We do not modify orders or customer records.

After cancellation takes effect at period end, recoverable account and store data are retained for 90 days so you can reactivate without starting over.

Account-level data (billing identity, subscription state, plan limits) is distinct from per-store data (catalog sync, training, widget configuration). Disconnecting a store retains that store's data for 90 days without canceling the account; account cancellation retains all stores under the same 90-day window.

After the 90-day retention window, data becomes eligible for deletion according to applicable policies and scheduled retention processing. Reactivation during retention preserves stores and never grants another trial.
